Figurative sculpture is inspired by the personal and silent research of my work as a sculptor. His own creation, paper sheet upon paper sheet, symbolizes the patience and the delicacy of the search for shapes, giving life to a waiting job that observes on the sidelines. The lack of the right arm symbolizes the difficulty and inadequacy of the work of the artist in struggle with his vision and the realization of the same. The decision to create the papier-mâché sculpture is a symbol of the slow approach to form, sheet on paper, in addition to the strength and lightness of the material.
