The decorative object made of steel and decorated by hand is a decorative element of the iconographic corpus of traditional textile art of the town of Sarule (Nuoro).
The decorative element, called Sa Ciai (The Key), can be found in all the fine artifacts linked to the local textile tradition and is often accompanied by lozenge motifs and chalice motifs.
The symbol is inspired by the large keys used in ancient times and made of wood.
It is found in the blanket called Sa Burra, a very large artifact made with the vertical frame with the central yellow field obtained from the use of an endemic plant, the Dafne.
Av Metal reinterprets these symbols and declines them in various objects.
The manual processing of the molding and decoration makes each object unique and original.
